  • Which file is good for printing.

    • PDF format files are the best for printing.

    • A PDF displays the exact same content and layout no matter which operating system, device or software application it is viewed on.

    • We recommend our customers to prepare in PDF Format.

  • Color or Black & White(regular) print.

    • This issue looks very obvious but many people don't pay attention. B/W print is regular and much cheaper than color. So, we ask our customers to mention whether they want B/W or color when ordering a print job.

  • Single-sided or Double-sided print.

    • Again, this issue looks very obvious. However, many people make mistakes that printing both sides should be the same price as one side printing, which is not true. In the printing business, toner is more expensive than paper. So, both side print should be more money than the single sided print.

    • At Net Plaza, for color double sided print, we use 28 Lb paper at no extra charge for better quality. Because if the paper is thin then the other side of content look through and the quality of color gets deteriorated.

  • 2 in 1 print.

    • In case of text print, we recommend "two slides in one page" print. This option saves money and environment. Though the characters look a bit smaller(about 60% smaller compared to one slide one page print) still it is legible and much economical.
